Terms of Service

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The service operates under Hungarian law and the Hungarian version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
1. The provider

2. What the service does
The provider produces advertising images with the help of artificial intelligence from photographs uploaded by the Customer. In the real estate category this means virtual staging: the structure of the photographed room (walls, doors and windows, floor and wall coverings, built-in elements, camera position) remains unchanged, and furniture and furnishings are added to the image.
The provider does not act as an estate agent and does not provide property valuation, interior design or architectural design services.
3. Labelling a virtually staged image
The Customer undertakes to use a virtually staged image in an advertisement, offer or any other public medium only in a way that clearly states that the furnishing shown is an illustration, was produced digitally, and does not belong to the property. The Customer is responsible for any failure to do so.
The provider guarantees the structural fidelity of the image through its own automated check and does not deliver an image in which the structure of the room has changed.
4. Warranty regarding uploaded images
The Customer warrants that they are entitled to use and to have edited the uploaded photographs, that these do not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party, and that they do not contain an identifiable person whose consent is missing. The provider is entitled to refuse an order that conflicts with this without performing it.
5. Prices, payment, invoice
Current prices are shown on the order page. Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe payment provider; no card details reach the provider. The provider issues an electronic invoice for a successful payment and sends it to the e-mail address given.
6. Performance
Production of the images starts automatically after successful payment and usually takes a few minutes; the provider undertakes to perform within 24 hours at the latest. The finished images are available on a download page whose address is shown on the order page and included in the confirmation e-mail. The download page remains available for 90 days from performance.
7. Right of withdrawal
The service is the supply of digital content. When placing the order the Customer expressly consents to the provider beginning performance immediately after payment, and acknowledges that by doing so they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has begun (under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses).
8. Quality, regeneration, refund
Every finished image passes through an automated quality check. An image that fails the check is remade by the provider at the provider's own cost; a failed round never costs the Customer money. If the provider cannot deliver the ordered quantity, the fee for the undelivered part is refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the given order. The provider is not liable for business consequences arising from the use of the images, in particular for lost profit, nor for the Customer's failure to meet the labelling obligation under point 3.
10. Complaints and remedies
Complaints may be submitted to hello@atumo.ai and will be answered by the provider within 30 days. In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer may turn to the conciliation body competent at their place of residence.
11. Other
Matters not regulated in these terms are governed by Hungarian law. The provider may amend these terms; an amendment does not affect orders already placed.
