This is an English translation provided for convenience. The service operates under Hungarian law and the Hungarian version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

2. What data we process, why, and for how long

3. Who receives the data
We use the following processors to operate the service:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) — processing the card payment, billing name and address.
- fal.ai (FeatherlessAI Inc., United States) — image processing of the uploaded photographs. The uploaded image is transferred to this provider, meaning the data is also transferred outside the European Economic Area. The transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract.
- KBOSS.hu Kft. (Számlázz.hu) — issuing the electronic invoice.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — operating the server where the images are stored.
Beyond this we do not pass the data to third parties and do not use it for marketing. We use uploaded and finished images as a reference or in advertising only with the Customer's separate, prior consent.
4. Use of artificial intelligence
The images are produced by automated image processing. This does not involve automated decision-making or profiling concerning the Customer. The system uses the uploaded image solely to produce the ordered image.
5. Rights of the data subject
The Customer may request access to their data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and may exercise their right to data portability. Requests may be sent to hello@atumo.ai and will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest. Deletion of uploaded and finished images may be requested at any time without giving reasons, and takes place within 5 working days of the request arriving.
In the event of an infringement, a complaint may be lodged with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), or proceedings may be brought before a court.
6. Data security
Images arrive over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are passed to the image processor over an encrypted connection. The address of the download page contains a random, unguessable identifier and expires after 90 days.
