The video is made from a staged image that has already passed the check, and the video passes one of its own: if the room drifts while the camera moves, it is not delivered.
Every image passes a check whose first question is whether it is still the same room. If the machine moved a wall or removed a built-in wardrobe, the image is not delivered.

Yes, and it is not a formality. The staging is an illustration and the furniture is not part of the property; if the listing does not say so, it is misleading. One line is enough: “images show virtual staging”.
No. Walls, windows, doors, flooring, radiators, built-in units and the camera angle stay exactly as photographed, wear included. Anything that fails that test is not delivered.

No. A portal-watermarked image is refused: removing that mark would infringe the portal’s rights. We need your own original photo.
Uploaded and finished images are kept for 90 days and then deleted; you can ask for earlier deletion at any time. Processing happens at a provider in the United States.
No. E-mail address, photo, payment. We issue an invoice with your VAT number, to the company.
